‘We Fence Colorado’
CE Fence Company aims high to provide the Colorado construction industry with competitive pricing and the utmost quality in workmanship
Colorado Exteriors Fence Company, LLC (CE Fence Company) may technically be the new kid in town, but the experience and depth of knowledge its venerable team brings to the fencing market is anything but new.
CE Fence Co., started in May, proudly offers its Colorado customers the highest quality fencing and related products. In combination with its sister company at Colorado Exteriors, CE Fence aims to provide a one-stop shop for every commercial and residential construction and repairs need. The expert team at CE Fence consists of professional estimators with decades of experience in commercial and residential fencing.
Among the experts at CE Fence is President and Owner of the company, Art Cruz, who himself has worked in the industrial fence industry for more than 30 years. A native of Denver, Art helped start two other major fence companies in the area, and has served as a superintendent, operations manager, general manager, and chief estimator throughout his career.
Solutions for Every Fencing Challenge
CE Fence is ready to take on virtually any fencing challenge, furnishing and installing all fence types—commercial/industrial chain link, industrial ornamental, custom fabricating of steel and aluminum gates, operators for gates, wood fences, PVC (vinyl), composite—as well as furnishing and installing manufactured and custom fabricated fence, as needed.
Jose Romo, the company’s Lead Commercial Estimator, explains, “We specialize in all aspects of commercial, industrial as well as residential fencing. We specialize in ornamental and chain link, but we do anything from basic fencing needs all the way up to industrial high security. We are also qualified to install crash-rated systems. We deal with all types of clients, from the owner, to the developer, to the architects and general contractors. We also provide consulting services to clients if they need it. We help our customers assess their individual needs, and we have the ability to handle design build projects. If they want to design a fence unique to their project, we have the capabilities to do so.”
Specializing in just about any type of commercial or industrial project, the company provides its fencing services to retail, schools, hospitals, solar substations, infrastructure and high-end residential and multifamily communities—just to name a few. Among its most recent projects is a site for Palmer Solar, one of the largest solar array projects in the state right now. CE Fence is securing the substations there with a high security fence. CE Fence was also recently awarded Solterra Filing Number 17 in Lakewood, Colorado, a project for Brookfield Residential covering 3,000 feet of ornamental fence and mason columns.
Quality, Communication, Dedication
Quality workmanship isn’t the only differentiator for this young but experienced company. Jose notes, “Anybody can build a fence. Yet, it’s the service in building the fence that you get that sets us apart. Having an open line of communication with our customers and communicating well internally are key to our success. But, of course, the quality is always there, as all of our subcontractors and our installers have 20-plus years of experience. Everyone on our team pays attention to detail. Everybody here has worked in the fencing industry and has a strong fencing background.”
Art, in fact, is a very hands-on owner, going to job sites and getting involved with the details of each project. According to Jose, “Customers are very impressed by him because he is well experienced and has a solution for every possible fence scenario. He has excellent traits that not many people have these days in the fencing industry. He has high standards, and is immensely dedicated to his clients, and is extremely dependable—and that’s the business philosophy he passes along to everyone who works here.”
No Fence Too High
Even after just a few months, the team at CE Fence already has a vision for its future. As Jose puts it, “I think the sky is the limit over here; we have an unlimited amount of opportunity that’s still untapped. We’re here for the long run.”
