All Star Glass
Meeting Colorado contractors’ glass needs by providing quality products, excellent service and unmatched value
William (Billy) Glover had one main goal in mind when he established All Star Glass out of the garage of his home back in 2011: to create an amazing company that could save customers time and money with their glass needs—that is just what he did.
Following this model over the last eight years, All Star Glass has become a one-stop resource for all of Denver and the surrounding areas for commercial, residential glass, and glazing projects. Among its many services are commercial storefront and glazing, fabrication and installation, 24-hour board up service, conference rooms, custom showers, and residential glass replacement and repair.
Forging Strong Industry Relationships
All Star Glass has established very reputable and strong relationships with multiple contractors around the region, and is one of the premier glazing contractors in the state of Colorado, primarily servicing the Front Range, from Fort Collins to Pueblo. All Star Glass also has a five-star rating with the Better Business Bureau, a testament to the quality of work and the strong relationships Billy has built over the years.
Additionally, within just a few years of starting All Star Glass, the company has partnered with a number of trusted glass suppliers. These include: Manko, Kawneer, Truelite, Glaz-Tech and Cardinal, to name a few, giving its customers peace of mind that they’re getting the best possible product.
Never a Bad Day at All Star Glass
Through hard work and dedication, Billy has expanded the company from a mere seven employees to over 35! Always striving to keep growing the All Star Glass family, he brings in experienced team members who have the same work ethic that he does—whether fulltime staff or the hand-selected subcontractors he entrusts to execute projects with the quality of workmanship and service that he himself values.
Billy acknowledges that the close- knit nature and camaraderie of his team helps boost the positive environment at All Star Glass. He remarks, “To say the employees enjoy their job would be an understatement. We are all truly a family here and love to help each other improve. Whether you are coming into this job with years of experience or no experience, you will be treated with the same respect and fairness.”
His team agrees. Mitch Bernal, the company’s Estimating Project Manager and a longtime associate of Billy’s, shares that working for Billy has been an incredible opportunity. He says, “I’ve been with All Star Glass for three and a half years now, but I’ve known Billy Glover from many years in the glazing business. He takes such good care of his employees. He treats every one of us like family. Not only that, he’s a real go getter. That combination is why his company is so successful.”
Mitch, who came on board first as a lead installer and then moved into a dual role of estimator and project manager, speaks about Billy’s generous nature toward his employee “family” and the community at large. When Mitch’s father was ill, Billy stood by him, offering support and understanding. Billy then went a step further, donating to the foundations set up by Mitch’s family. Beyond just his personal experience, Mitch notes that Billy is heartfelt and compassionate to people in the community who are less fortunate than he is. Mitch says, “He didn’t grow up with a lot of money and now that he has a little bit, he would rather share that than just take it on himself. He’s a very selfless person. He also contributes to the Denver Children’s Home, putting together Christmas gifts for the kids. That just goes to show how big his heart is. It expands well beyond just running a company.”
Another member of Billy’s dedicated team, Accountant and Business Administrator Janice Lowe, has been with the company almost five years and cannot say enough about what a pleasure it is to work for All Star Glass. She remarks, “It’s great to see someone so driven and caring become successful. Billy is a great leader; he not only cares about his customers, but he cares about his staff—his work family.’” She adds, “Our whole team is amazing. It’s a blessing to be able to truly enjoy the people you work with.”
The company stays grounded by ensuring its customers gets the best quality and service for the best price. Mitch says, “We try to make sure that each and every customer—big or small—is taken care of. At the end of the day if we don’t feel like we would buy the product that we’re giving our customer then it’s not a satisfactory product. While we’re extremely busy, and we often have to work, we all try to keep that mentality of a ‘mom-and-pop’ shop, which means we treat each customer as an individual, making sure that we accommodate their needs.”
While All Star Glass continues to grow, its aim remains steady. As always, the company strives to ensure that each job is flawlessly completed from beginning to end and the customers are happy with the quality and craftsmanship throughout.
