Commercial Clean
Maid in Wisconsin, LLC thrives through professionalism, experience and an entrepreneurial spirit

Veronica Gutierrez, founder and owner of Maid in Wisconsin, LLC.

Veronica Gutierrez, together with her family, started out with a single vacuum and a couple of cleaning caddies filled with basic supplies. Over the past 10 years, she has transformed that simple enterprise into a thriving business—Maid in Wisconsin, LLC, a professional full-service residential and commercial cleaning company serving Wisconsin. The company, according to Veronica, enjoys a 90% retention rate and 10 years of client longevity.
Family Focus, Professional Skills
Embarking on her business with a few high-profile corporate executives as residential customers, Veronica built upon that foundation to hone her craft and grow into the commercial sphere. With at least 10 family members working for the company at any given time, including her own three children helping out since they were teens (her two daughters are still part of the team), Veronica was undaunted in her pursuit of success.
Recognizing that she would need to learn everything there is to know to realize her mission of creating a clean, professional environment for her customers, Veronica shares that she started from scratch, worked with a coach, and attended training courses and conferences in order to perfect her professional cleaning and management skills. She knew if she wanted to pursue this business, she wanted to do it right.
Above all, the company prides itself on its quality and professionalism. Veronica shares, “That’s how we’ve been working since we started. There are so many people cleaning out there, but our standards make us stand out. We always try to be on top of the game with new techniques, new supplies and new equipment. Our customers can depend on us to go above and beyond. Unlike other cleaning and janitorial companies out there, we’re not a franchise; we’re proud to be a local, family-owned business. We work directly with our customers. In fact, our job is not just cleaning. We are building relationships with our clients.”
Keeping Commercial Spaces Clean
Today, as a successful minority- and woman-owned business enterprise, Maid in Wisconsin is flourishing with a crew of 20+ full- and part-time employees, including family. Veronica says, “We have been so fortunate to have worked with residential customers who then requested our certified janitorial services for their businesses. We have certified technicians in every area. We clean commercial properties like dental offices, warehouses, factories as well as multitenant buildings. In some cases, we’re in charge of maintaining the properties on a regular basis, having day porters and providing janitorial services after hours. Many times, we started the business relationship with post-construction clean up and final cleanings, and always with top-of-the-line products.”
