Foremost In Quality and Service
Foremost Buildings, Inc. provides high-quality pre-engineered building systems with a singular mission: focus on customers
Foremost Buildings, Inc. (Foremost), based in Jefferson, Wisconsin, manufactures a complete line of high-quality pre-engineered building packages and is a supplier of metal building and architectural building components ranging from retrofit roof systems to mini-warehouses. To make the process as seamless as possible, the company markets direct, with no dealership requirements and no associated obligations. The company is led by Stephen J. Reifenberg, PE, President and CEO, who has more than 50 years of engineering and plant management experience, including over 20 years of experience in the steel industry. Reifenberg, who is a registered engineer and former Chairman of the Manufacturing Committee for the Metal Building Manufacturers Association, notes, “Our long lasting and mutually beneficial relationships are built on our everyday attention to serving our customers. At Foremost, we work hard to earn your loyalty every day.”
In fact, offering exceptional versatility in its product lines is just one aspect of the company’s continued growth and prosperity. Foremost’s No. 1 mission is simple: focus on customers.
T. Lindsay Jones, Vice President of Operations, shares, “Our intent is to satisfy customer needs for usable space, economy, energy efficiency, operational efficiency, aesthetics and image. We bring a high level of expertise to the building process to help ensure every project is successful. We pride ourselves on responding rapidly to the needs and concerns of the customer on each and every project, from start to finish.” He adds, “Our experienced engineering department uses state-of-the art computer programs and a personal touch to turn your unique set of desires and needs into fully engineered, custom drawings for permits, erection and fabrication.”
An Experienced Team Provides Solutions
Foremost manufactures its metal buildings for commercial, industrial, office, recreational, religious, aviation, self-storage and agricultural projects, such as freestall dairy barns — ranging from small to large and simple to complex. Computer designed and fabricated for customers throughout the Midwest and New England, the pre-engineered buildings are sold through highly experienced District Managers who work with builders and contractors to help determine individualized building or component needs and solutions.
One of those District Managers, Steve Fitzsimons, who covers the western half of Wisconsin, Minnesota and Iowa, explains, “Foremost uses state-of-the-art software for complete building design, engineering, estimating and drafting procedures, enabling us to address all the necessary code and design requirements so projects can proceed accurately and quickly. We’ll help you choose from a wide array of available products to provide the best balance of quality, aesthetics, and functionality appropriate to your needs and budget.”
The company’s 34,650-square-foot headquarters houses Foremost’s manufacturing facility plus engineering, drafting, accounting and customer service offices, making them a true one-stop shop. If you prefer an online experience, Foremost offers a full online resource center linking to all of their products and services available through their website.
