The Push-to-Talk Experts
Peak PTT—transforming the way commercial construction businesses communicate

Peak PTT enhances and improves the way teams connect.

Peak PTT (Peak) is built for business. With push-to-talk radios, apps and PC dispatch software that will enhance and improve the way teams connect, the Southern California-based communication technology enterprise offers intuitive, cost-effective and easy-to-use systems, providing its clients with instant “always on” talk, local and nationwide walkie-talkie service, emergency alert notifications, as well as the support needed to be up and running fast, in a matter of days, not weeks or months.
According to CEO George Karonis, Peak PTT provides “cutting-edge VOIP over cellular and Wi-Fi push-to-talk devices that are transforming the way commercial construction businesses communicate.” He adds, “As easy to operate as a walkie-talkie, Peak’s push-to-talk devices have no distance limitations, offer a low entry barrier and provide a very high return on investment for businesses looking for improved communication solutions.”
Unique Features, Exceptional Value
Founded in 2018 by Karonis and his wife, Connie, Peak PTT is part of LiveViewGPS Inc., a Telematics company formed 13 years ago that provides vehicle and asset tracking devices and software to businesses. Karonis says of the Peak PTT offshoot, “I saw that we could provide companies with a product and service that would give them tremendous use value. Our push-to-talk devices leverage existing cellular data networks, Wi-Fi networks and the internet to provide our clients with long-range two-way radios that allow for private, secure talk within their organization. Plus, every PTT device is also a GPS tracker.”
One of the unique things that Peak PTT does is use a web-based portal that allows people to go online and view and track their radios, which, as Karonis notes, is a feature a lot of businesses really like.
As a small and agile company, Peak PTT is able to quickly execute new initiatives and adapt to changes within the industry. Karonis shares, “We provide our clients with exceptional products and services that they will use every day to improve the way they operate and communicate. Above all, we believe that accountability matters, and we take full responsibility for everything we say and do, with a particular emphasis on acting with a sense of urgency—getting things done today, rather than tomorrow.”
Heroic Customer Service
That said, Peak PTT’s expert 10-person team believes in doing the right thing and in treating everyone the same as they would want to be treated, says Karonis. The company’s self-described philosophy of “heroic customer service” means that clients can feel confident their requirements will be met, no matter the complexity. All of Peak’s products and services, available across the country, are backed by knowledgeable sales and technical staff to ensure users purchase the right systems that will work flawlessly for their needs—every time.
“Everything comes pre-configured, ready to move out of the box,” Karonis says. “The customer just turns it on and starts using it. If they want to do simple things like change the name of a radio or add additional channels to the system, we would do that for them. We handle the whole process. It’s not like a DIY situation where the customer has to figure anything out. It’s really simple and easy to use.”
Leading in Every Way
As further proof of Peak PTT’s commitment to serving its customer base, Karonis puts out a robust blog series on the company website. This endeavor underscores Peak’s position as an industry thought leader, providing quality resources on topics that include push-to-talk two-way radios for commercial asphalt and repair companies, questions to ask before a push-to-talk two-way radio purchase, and push-to-talk two-way radios for jobsites—to name a few. While Karonis acknowledges that Peak PTT is “up against some guerrilla competitors,” he sees that as a plus, adding, “We provide our customers with value and extreme levels of service that a bigger company can’t do. I know it’s easy to just say that, but we really try. Our focus will always be on the customer.”
